Section 1: Before the purchase A) Can you guarantee the privacy of my data?Logical Store will use its clients' data exclusively for billing purposes (via Subvertice Produções Digitais, Lda.). If you authorize us we will also use your data to send you newsletters with novelties, promotions, special offers and such. Any other use of your data is formally excluded. B) Which personal data do I need to give you in order to register in your website?In order to register in our website, you will need to provide us the necessary data to issue an invoice according to local fiscal policies and to ship you order to you. These are the required data: Name/Fiscal Identity, Billing address, Shipping Adress, VAT/fiscal number and E-mail. You are responsible for the accuracy and validity of the data you enter. C) What is the warranty of your products?All of our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which, under any circumstances is ever less than two years, as established by Portuguese Sales and consumer Goods Warranties Law 23/2003. Warranties are valid in all countries members of the European Union. All you have to do is go to the local Official Tehcnical Support Point of the Brand/manufacturer, in case of an issue covered by that warranty. Should you encounter any problems with the Official Service of the manufacturer, you may send us the warranty (as well as the copy of the invoice) so we may stamp it. We do not ship pre-stamped warranties, because we do not open the packages of the products we sell. D) May I purchase products that are not listed on your webpage?Everything we sell is on ourwebsite. E) How do I know if a product is in stock?Product availability is noted in each page, near the product's price. If you see "in stock", it means you will receive your product in 2 or 3 business days. F) Do User Manuals come in Portuguese?We cannot guarantee that the original user manual comes in Portuguese; however, depending on the product, we may be able to send you a translated user manual for free, to your e-mail. Please contact us if you need this service. G) How do I know which accessories are included in the retail package of a product?The accessories are offered as sold in physical stores and as described by the manufacturer of the product. Section 2: the purchase A)How do I make a purchase?The purchase process has three main steps. 1. Select your products and add them to your shopping cart 2. Click the link "shopping cart" on the top right corner of the page 3. Click the button "Place Order" And follow the on screen instructions. Attention: make sure you have all the products you need in the shopping cart before you finalize the purchase. This will prevent that you pay extra shipping charges. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). B) Which are the payment methods available?Wired Transfer, Direct Deposit (in Portugal only) or PayPal. If you chose wired transfer or direct deposit, please identify the order number in the description, in order to facilitate the identification of the payment and thus accelerate the dispatch of your package. PayPal is a secure electronic payment method which allows you to use your credit card without the need to give away your credit card information to us. PayPal charges an extra service fee of 3.4% that will be added to your bill if you chose this payment method. C) Is VAT included in the final price?In all prices listed in our website, VAT is included. In Portugal, VAT is 23% of the product price. Handling and Shipping fees are not included in the product information and will be calculated according to the total weight of your order. D) How much is Shipping and Handling?The Shipping and Handling fees vary according to the total weight of your order. You may have an idea of your total by simulating a purchase. Add the wanted items to your shopping cart and follow the purchase steps. Before you confirm the purchase you will be given a detailed overview of your order including Shipping and Handling. At this point you may either confirm your order, which will then be registered in our system, or edit your shopping cart by adding or removing items. E) May I use a Shipping address different from my Billing address?Yes, you may chose a shipping address that is different from your billing address, no problem. F) How can I be sure that my order has been successfully placed?There are 2 ways of knowing if your order has been successfully registered in our system: 1. When you confirm your purchase, there will be a message saying that your order has been successfully placed. 2. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. Attention: some email providers may have diffculties with our email system. Please check your SPAM message box. Section 3: After the purchase A) How can I cancel an order?In order to cancel your purchase, all you have to do is contact us via online chat or email (

), indicating the number of the order you wish to cancel. If you have already payed for it, please send us your NIB, Bank name and account owner name (Portuguese accounts only) or the email associated to your paypal account so that we may be able to return your money. Attention: please note that the cancelation of orders will only be possible until you receive an email stating that your order has been dispatched. As soon as your parcel is delivered to the courrier company, it will no longer be possible to stop the process. B) How can I modify my purchase, after it's been confirmed?All you have to do is to contact us by Chat or Email (

) within an hour after the confirmation of your purchase. We will need your order number. C) What are the contacts for Customer Support?We are available through our online Chat (Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 17:30) or by e-mail. D) How are the products shipped?Most of the parcels are shipped via CTTExpresso (808 200 118 calling from Portugal), Portuguese local courrier company. Overseas dispatches are usually handled by UPS. For orders weighting over 100Kg we will try to find the most economical solution among other available courrier companies. E) When will my product be delivered to me?The delivery times vary according to the product you order. For instance, if the product is marked as "In stock", the delivery is expected to happen within a week subsequent to the order confirmation, to Portugal mainland (and after the payment is confirmed). The availability of the products is indicated near the respective price. F) I did not receive answers to my emails. What should I do?We answer every email that reaches our system within 24h (ou in the next business day, if you write to us during weekends). If you did not receive an answer maybe your email account/provider does not accept our emails. In this case your should check your SPAM messages box or contact your provider. |
