Our terms and conditions aim to inform our customers about the way we handle comercial transactions. This way, both parties' rights are safeguarded. 1) Photographs of the products as well as Technical Specification Sheets are supplied by Brands/Suppliers/Manufacturers and thus they may not correspond exactely to the actual product. Also, we may not have Portuguese User Manuals for some products. If this is the case of your product, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need help setting up the equipment you purchased from us. 2) Logical Store will use customers data exclusively for invoicing purposes (via fiscal entity Subvertice Produções Digitais, Lda.) We can also send you newsletters with our campaigns, discounts and special offers, as well as new products in stock, in case you specifically authorize the usage of your contacts information for this purpose. 3) Purchases may be completed online via our secure site www.logicalstore.com, or via the following email address: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . 4) To be able to complete purchases through our website, you will need to provide us some information: Name / Billing entity, Billing Adress, Shipping Adress (if different from the billing address), VAT Number (fiscal number) and E-mail. The provided data will be your exclusive responsibility. 5) Logical Store reserves the right to restrict access to the website to any user, suspend the website or change prices and contents at any time. 6) Shopping process a) Choose the products you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart b) Confirm you billing and shipping data c) Select your preferred payment method d) Confirm your order 7) Stocks and delivery dates In the product's page we specify the average delivery times (estimate based on the last selling events for that product and by the average times given by the courrier companies themselves). More specific delivery times for your products will generaly be given to you by email, 1 hour after your purchase is registered in our website (for orders placed between 9h00m and 17h00m, on business days). 8) Returns You have 14 calendar days to return the item counting from the day it is delivered to you. However, this return will only be accepted by Logical Sotre if the package is intact, there are no signs of usage of the product, and there are no items missing from the box. If by any reason you cannot send us the proof of payment, please emails us the total amount transfered/deposited, your name and the Purchase Number; If you choose to use PayPal, you will be charged a service fee (charged by PayPal) of 3.4% of the total order amount. 10) Warranty All products have a 2 year warranty 11) All products include VAT (20%). If the billing data you entered is not Portuguese, this value will be deducted from your order. 12) All orders will be shipped to the shipping address defined by you, or to the billing address (if a differect shipping address is not provided). Should the package be returned to us because invalid data has been entered by you, you will be responsible by shipping expenses to the correct address. 13) If, by mistake, you transfer an amount lower than the your total purchase value, your order will be assinged a "Pending" status until you transfer the rest of the amount due. If you transfer a larger amount than due, we will return the excess to your Portuguese account NIB (which you will be required to provide us), or via PayPal within a week. 14) Logical Store cannot be held responsible for any power or telecommunications cuts that may temporarily prevent users from accessing our services.. 15) If the customer makes an order while the backoffice is updating either prices, delivery timings or stock numbers, the new conditions will apply to the purchase. In the unlikely event of many simultaneous orders for the same product, causing a sudden stock shortage, the order and the respective contract between both parties will be voided and in the case of pre-payment, the full amount will be returned. 16) In case of legal desagreement, the only competent courts accepted by us will be in Lisbon. |
